Delivered as a mobile service across Beaconsfield and Buckinghamshire, it’s the perfect way to reset your body without the strain of a workout.
Suitable for novice all the way through to the guru who simply wants a training companion.
We provide everything for your session, bringing it to your session discretely so that all you need is your kit and a modest practice space (2 meters by 2 meters is plenty).
